• Authors: Include full names of all authors as they should appear in the publication.

• Emails: Provide valid email addresses for all authors, ensuring one corresponding author is clearly identified.
• Abstract: Submit an abstract of 150-300 words summarizing the research objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.
• Keywords: Include 3-5 relevant keywords that best describe your research.

• Duration: Each oral presenter will have 7-8 minutes for the presentation (Keynote Speaker will receive 10-12 minutes.
• Language: Presentations must be in English.
• Content: Focus on the key aspects of your research: Background and Objectives, Methodology, Key Findings, Conclusion and Future Scope.
• Delivery: Practice to ensure a clear and engaging delivery. Avoid reading directly from slides.
• Submission: Submit your presentation slides at least 2 days before the event to the organizing team at events@akedemia.in

• Slide Design: Use a professional, clean, and readable template. Maintain consistency in font and color schemes.
• Slide Content: Title Slide: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), and Event Name.
  Introduction Slide: Brief overview of the topic and objectives.
  Main Content: Use graphs, charts, and visuals where applicable. Limit text to key points.
  4th Slide: Results & Discussion.
  Conclusion Slide: Summarize findings and recommendations.
  Note: There will be a maximum of 5 slides for oral presentation.

• Registration: Complete your registration by the deadline to receive event access.

• Technical Requirements: Ensure a stable internet connection.
  Use a laptop or desktop for a better experience.
  Install and test the required virtual platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). Will be notified regarding the platform.
• Timing: Join at least 15 minutes early to avoid delays.
• Professional Etiquette: Keep your microphone muted unless speaking. Try to use your full name as your display name.
